Just as it seemed Luis Suarez was set for a move to Juventus, there could be another twist in the tale. Yesterday there were reports that Juve had agreed a €3m + €13m deal with Barça for the Uruguayan striker but now there's another option on the table. According to 'Deportes Cuatro', Atletico Madrid could be Suarez's new destination. The player would rather stay in Spain and is excited at the prospect of working under Diego Simeone.

Suarez has put his talks with Juve 'on hold' whilst he sees what Atletico can offer. Simeone is known for chopping and changing his forward line and Alvaro Morata appears to be the first one out of the door. In fact, it's Juventus who could end up bringing Morata back to Italy. The club will also listen to offers for Diego Costa.

Suarez would earn considerably less at Atleti than the €10m per season Juve have offered him. But, for now, the negotiations remain ongoing.
