The winger wants to stay at Bayern, reports Bild

Leroy Sané was one of the possible candidates to replace Ousmane Dembélé at Barça. The Blaugrana club had him on the table but no steps have been taken considering the high cost of the operation. Bild also report that Sané has no intention of leaving Bayern this summer and that the prospect of playing for Barça though not considered right now but has not been ruled out for the future. His current goal is to enjoy success in Germany.

Sané signed for Bayern after his spell at Manchester City and had a good season although the German team demand more. This summer, Bayern have been refreshing their squad and there was speculation that Sané would leave for Barça, but it remains a very distant possibility. Sané has very high wages that the Blaugrana club could not bear and the transfer fell alone will exceed 40 million euros. There are also Premier League teams interested in the player.

Sané's agent, Fali Ramadani, has been in talks with Bayern but this could have been regarding goalkeeper David Raya, also represented by him. Arsenal are also targeting the goalkeeper. Ramadani coincidentally represents Ivan Fresneda as well, the Valladolid full-back whom Barça are trying to sign this summer.
