The forward's happy in Germany and could park a move to Europe's elite

Luka Jovic, one of Europe's most wanted strikers, is weighing up whether to ignore the offers he's received to spend another season at Eintracht Frankfurt.

According to 'Frankfurter Runschau', the player feels another year playing regularly in the Bundesliga would help him mature abd could park moving to one of Europe's big clubs for another 12 months.

The reasoning is both sporting and personal. In terms of football, he's enjoying himself at Frankfurt after two frustrating years with Benfica. The Serbian has exploded this season and could also have the cahnce to play in the Champions League if a top four spot is secured. At the moment, Frankfurt are fourth with a four point cushion.

Jovic hasn't forgot what happened in Lisbon, where he moved at 18. In fact, he's even said it was "his fault" things didn't work out and that the adaption was a big hurdle: "The day I left Red Star, I spent three days crying. It was a mental problem. I ran more in one month in Frankfurt than in a year in Lisbon."

Now he doesn't want to rush another move. At 21, he feels it's the moment to keep growing and Frankfurt could be the ideal place. The Germans will execute their option to sign him permanently this summer.

Once signed up in Frankfurt, Jovic will have some stability. In that sense, the forward's just become a father and has the ideal environment to bring up his child where he is.

Jovic is not keen to agitate either his personal or professional life... at least not for another year. Barça may have to wait.
