Bartomeu: "PSG's Neymar will not return to Barcelona"
The Barça president responded to the rumours the Brazilian could come back
Barcelona president Josep María Bartomeu has denied that the club are going to re-sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain.
Bartomeu's added his voice to those responding to the rumours that the club are interested in brining the Brazilian back, speaking in an interview with Catalunya Radio.
"Neymar will not return to Barcelona. He won't come back, nor are there plans to bring him back," said the president to the journalist Mónica Terribas on the issue of the PSG star.
"There's been no call and no meeting. There's been no contact. We don't like it that players pay their clauses and leave."
NO SIGNINGS
Bartomeu also spoke about the chances of January signings: "There are no plans to sign anyone in January when the window opens. We have a small squad because we have B team players that can cover."
