Jose Mourinho, on alert to see if Barcelona will sell Andre Gomes

Rakitic, Iniesta, Sergio Busquets, André Gomes, Denis Suárez, Sergi Roberto, Arda Turan, Rafinha, as well as youngsters Carles Aleñá and Sergi Samper... and whoever else arrives.

It seems clear that Barcelona's midfield is a little overbooked. In principle the club wanted to let Arda Turan go, but there have not been any interesting offers for him. However there might be more interest in Andre Gomes.

According to Marca and The Sun, Manchester United have been interested in him. Gomes has always been liked by Jose Mourinho and they say that the coach would make a move for him if there was a chance of getting him.

However, having signed Nemanja Matic on Monday it seems like it might be a bridge too far for United to add Gomes as well.
