Injured Griezmann is given permission to go on holiday by Setien
The forward will spend some of the squad's break back in France rather than remaining at the training ground
Antoine Griezmann has been given permission by Quique Setien and the club's medical staff to go on holiday whilst he recovers from his quadriceps injury.
This is different from his compatriot Ousmane Dembele who will remain at the club's training ground to work on his own recovery. The winger is hopeful of returning for the Champions League.
Despite not receiving the green light to return to action, Griezmann was given permission by the club's physio as well as Setien, according to TV3.
Griezmann's objective is to be ready for the club's match against Napoli on the 8th August.
