Ez Abde's ticking off for Barca director Deco

Ez Abde pressed in the final stretch of the market to leave Barça. The Moroccan winger didn't feel he was really important for Xavi and opted to look for playing time at Betis. His dissatisfaction with Barça, however, went back a long way.

According to 'Catalunya Ràdio', Abde did not feel the support of the Azulgrana team during the last season, in which he played on loan at Osasuna. According to the aforementioned media, this is what he told Deco during a pre-season conversation to discuss his future.

In it, the attacker would have reproached the new Azulgrana sporting director for the fact that nobody had gone to see him play at the 'rojillo' team. In Abde's eyes, that would show that Barça's interest in his figure was not strong or real, hence his permanent reluctance to return to the club.

The information also mentions that this was one of the origins of the club's decision to place Bojan in charge of the players on loan or sold with an option to buy back. The new Barca director of football wants there to be close contact with players who have left on loan and Bojan is already closely following all of them, especially Julian Araujo, who is impressing at the start of the season in Las Palmas.
