'Chucky' Lozano: It would be a dream to play for Barcelona
The PSV forward attracted interest from Barça in the summer
PSV Eindhoven foward Hirving 'Chucky' Lozano said it would be a "dream" to play for Barcelona, although he is currently happy with the Dutch champions.
After his performances in the World Cup, the Mexican international drew interest from Barça.
"I did well at the World Club, which meant a lot of teams came to see me [play], which was nice,” he said in a press conference at Camp Nou on Monday.
“My agent told me there was interest from Barca. It would be a dream to come to this club, but right now I am focused on PSV and enjoying my football.”
Lozano also revealed he had Barça posters on his wall when he was growing up and he's looking forward to facing them at Camp Nou in the Champions League on Tuesday.
He added: “It’s a dream come true. I never thought I would [play here]. Thanks to God I’m able to. It’s an important game for me and I want to take advantage of it. "
