Carles Puyol: I know Barcelona will overcome this dip
Puyol says the important thing now is unity. "I am a friend of them and I know what they are going through," he said
Former Barcelona player Carles Puyol sent a message of total support to the Blaugrana after some complicated days at the club.
"It's evident that they have had some bad results but if there's a team that can turn the corner, it's Barcelona. You have to be confident in the team for everything they have done," said Puyol at an event with his former team-mate and friend Gerard Pique.
Puyol says the important thing now is unity. "I am a friend of them and I know what they are going through. I know that they will overcome this. I am with the team to the death for everything they have done and everything they will do.
"Now the most important thing to do is fight until the end and later, we will see what happens. We have to be confident because they are some excellent players and have shown it."
