Gerard Pique: We are with Luis Enrique until the death

Gerard Pique has acted, once again, as a spokesman for the club. Barcelona have more senior people but nobody who is liked more by the fans. The defender, speaking at the opening of a Padel court in Rubi, next to the business founded by his grandfather Amador Bernabeu, spoke up in the coach's defence.
"With Luis Enrique we came from the shittest place and we won the treble. I know football has no memory but I'd like us to look back and see all the work he has done with us. I don't understand how people have such short memories. Beyond that, everything he achieved as a player too."
Pique added: "I don't understand the whistles for the team" and "We are with the coach to the death. Together we will all try to move forward."
