Barcelona's Aleix Vidal already back training with the ball
The Catalan wing-back's recovery is progressing well
He's been missing since February after dislocating his ankle
Aleix Vidal is making good progress in his recovery from the serious ankle he picked up in February, ruling him out for the rest of the season.
The player's now back with the ball at his feet, as he revealed on Instagram on Thursday.
Alongside the image of him training, Vidal added the caption: "How I have missed you... Força Barça."
The wing-back was working at Ciutat Esportiva in Sant Joan Despí and hopes to be back in good shape by the start of pre-season.
Vidal dislocated his ankle on Feb. 11 at Mendizorroza after a challenge from Alaves' Theo Hernández and had to undergo surgery.
It's been over two months since the injury and things are progressing well so far. He's hopeful of sticking around at Camp Nou for a third season, athough the new manager may have the final say.
