La Generalitat will look at the chances of that happening on Friday

Barcelona have proposed for some fans to be allowed in to watch the club face Ferencvaros in the Champions League on October 20, along with a security protocol, per La Vanguardia.

They made the proposal after UEFA allowed fans in to watch games, filling 30 per cent of the stadiums, only home fans, and with the local authorities approving.

Spain's friendly with Portugal and Nations League clash with Ukraine had supporters.

La Secretaria General de l’Esport will look at the proposal and speak to the Health council about it and on Friday will speak to Barca about it. However given that the next fortnight in Catalonia sees bars and restaurants shut, it's unlikely Barca will get what they want.

The idea would be a progressive system, in which 1,000 people come in for the first match, then 10,000 for the Kiev clash and 25% of the stadium for Juventus.

The latter two games seem more viable, once the situation is more under control. Barca would do a draw to decide which fans get tickets, if they are over-subscribed.
