UEFA protocol complicating Ronaldo's presence against Barcelona

Cristiano Ronaldo will miss Portugal's game against Sweden on Wednesday after testing positive for coronavirus and could even sit out Juventus' Champions League game against Barcelona later this month. 

Ronaldo tested positive on Tuesday. He is currently displaying no symptoms and is in self-isolation, according to the Portuguese Football Federation. 

This weekend, Juve play away against Crotone, a game Ronaldo is also set to miss. He will also be unavailable for the Champions League game against Dynamo Kyiv next Tuesday as UEFA protocol requires you to test negative seven days before a game.
