The teenager became the youngest player to score a brace in La Liga

Ansu Fati was delighted to score twice as Barcelona beat Levante 2-1 on Sunday in La Liga to move back within three points of Real Madrid at the top.

Aged 17 and 95 days, the teenager became the youngest player to ever score a brace in a top-flight game in Spain.

"I have always dreamed of this moment and I'm thankful to the coach for giving me the opportunity," he told Movistar after the game.

On the record, he added: "I've just been told, but I don't have anything to say, I just have to keep improving and taking advantage of every chance I get.

"My teammates are making it easier for me and I am grateful to every one of them, because it's not easy for a young kid to come in and for them to behave so well."

The Spain U21 international said "I still don't believe everything" and on his relationship with Lionel Messi, who set up both of his goals, he added: "I have spent many years watching him play and now I have to keep working hard."
