21 players attended the Joan Gamper Training Ground to complete PCR and serological tests

The 21 players who attended the club's training ground on Saturday morning - eleven first team players and ten from the reserve team (without Ilaix Moriba, who will undertake pre-season with Barça B until his contract situation is resolved) - all completed the necessary PCR and serological tests. The club hope to have the results of these tests back tomorrow, which will allow them to officially begin pre-season.

Yusuf Demir, Barça's new wonderkid, was also in attendance this morning. On Friday, Barça announced the signing of Demir on loan with an option to buy. While he is expected to play next season with Barça B, he will take part in pre-season training with the first team.

Coach Ronald Koeman was the first to arrive, and could be seen warmly greeting the club's employees. Gerard Piqué, Ansu Fati, Ter Stegen and Sergiño Dest were also shown arriving on the club's social media channels.

Ter Stegen, Dest, Piqué, Pjanic, Dembélé, Riqui Puig, Neto, Coutinho, Sergi Roberto, Ansu Fati and Umtiti are the first team players who attended training this morning. They will joined later by other first-teamers who represented their countries this summer at the European Championships, Copa América or, in the case of Pedri, potentially the Olympic Games.

On Sunday morning the players will undergo the customary physical and medical examinations, with a view to starting ball work on Monday.
