Barça confirm Jordi Alba hamstring injury, more tests Monday
The player was taken off in the draw with Sevilla on Sunday
Jordi Alba was unable to finish Sunday's 1-1 draw against Sevilla. The left-back was forced off with an injury, replaced in the second half by debutant Sergiño Dest.
After the game, Barcelona revealed Alba had injured his hamstring but didn't confirm how long he would be sidelined for.
The club said further tests would be required on Monday "to know the exact extent of the injury" the defender picked up as Barça dropped points for the first time this season.
Barça have two weeks off now due to the international break, so Alba has time on in his side.
However, Barça return with two tough games after the international break, away at Getafe and then at home against Real Madrid.
