Busquets, Pedri and Nico are all missing for Tuesday's Camp Nou game
Barcelona return to action on Tuesday when they host Celta Vigo at Camp Nou with several players missing through injury or suspension.
Xavi's side have been hardest hit in midfield, with Sergio Busquets suspended and Pedri and Nico Gonzalez both out with injuries.
Therefore, B team players Alvaro Sanz and Jandro Orellana have both been called up to provide cover in that area of the pitch.
Elsewhere, Sergino Dest, Gerard Pique and Sergi Roberto remain sidelined, too, but Marc-Andre ter Stegen returns from a stomach bug.
Barça have sealed their place in next season's Champions League after beating Real Betis at the weekend but are still competing to finish second in LaLiga with three games to go.
