The experienced Chilean international has some advice for both Ansu and Ousmane Dembele

'King' Arthur Vidal is often judged by his traditional mohawk and tattoos but he's one of the most influential members of the dressing room. He's achieved things in both Italy and Germany and as such, is better placed than most to offer advice and tips to those who are still at the early stages of their career.

As something of a background captain, Vidal is always happy to speak his mind and believes there are three names which are crucial if Barça are to achieve their objectives this season. He doesn't include Lionel Messi because the Argentine on another planet to everyone else.

The first of which is Ansu Fati. Vidal is twice as old as the La Masia sensation but has nothing but good things to say about his rise to the first team. "He's got a glorious future ahead of him. He's a very young player but he's already shown so much quality. But we must be calm with him, help him and most importantly protect him. He needs to prepare himself properly to be one of the best around. Today you can see he has the necessary quality to be with us."

If Ansu has been welcomed into the fold with open arms, it's less clear how Ousmane Dembele fits in. He's constantly been involved with conflicts and discussions from his attitude, timekeeping, habits and diet. Many players such as Vidal himself, as well as Arthur, have failed Dembele's talent and believe the best is yet to come from the young winger. "I'm sure that we'll get the maximum out of Dembele. Not just because of him but because of the experienced players giving him advice. He now knows what it feels like to play here for the best team in the world."

Vidal's confidence in Ousmane is rock solid. "He knows he's made some mistakes. When we're young, we're all guilty of that. But he's got quality and everything else to be a success at Barça."

Another name on Vidal's list is that of Antoine Griezmann. It's been a mixed start for Barça's star signing this summer as an ever-changing frontline hasn't allowed him to adjust to a specific role in the team. "It's been difficult to integrate and adapt. You arrive at the best team in the world with the best players. He comes from a side which players very differently but he's got a lot of quality. We all know that Griezmann is one of the best in the world."

"What we need to do is wait a little, give him some time. When he knows the best way to play and understands what the coach needs from him, I'm sure he will help us a lot."
