A late change to Barcelona's squad against Alaves at Mendizorroza. The club have annunced that Andre Gomes has a bug and will not travel, with French full-back Lucas Digne taking his place.
Therefore, Barça's 18-man suad for the second league game of the season is: Ter Stegen, Cillessen, Semedo, Piqué, Rakitic, Sergio, Denis Suárez, Iniesta, Messi, Mascherano, Paulinho, Deulofeu, Paco Alcácer, Jordi Alba, Sergi Roberto, Lucas Digne, Aleix Vidal and Umtiti.
Ernesto Valverde is without injured duo Rafinha and Luis Suarez in addition to Gomes. Also not included are Arda, Marlon, Munir, Douglas and Vermaelen for technical reasons.
