AS: Arsenal will pay Thomas Partey's 50m euro release clause
The Gunners will snatch up the Ghanaian, with Campana and Torreira alternatives for Atletico
Thomas Partey is heading to Arsenal. Per AS, La Liga have told Atletico that the Gunners have paid the 50 million euro release fee clause for the Ghana international. He has travelled to London to take his medical.
Lucas Torreira could head the other way, while Jose Campana of Levante is also an option for Diego Simeone's side.
Cholo's team are interested in the midfielder who was recently called into the Spain squad by Luis Enrique. The Sevillia-born player has various sides interested in him, including Sevilla themselves.
Thomas's move doesn't give Atletico a long time to sort out their replacement.
