Alexia scored twice as Barça came from behind to take advantage in the tie

Barcelona came from behind to beat Real Madrid 3-1 in the first leg of their Women's Champions League quarterfinal on Tuesday to make it two Clasico wins in three days for the club.

Following up the men's success on Sunday, Jonatan Girladez's side made a slow start at the Alfredo Di Stefano, falling behind to an early Olga Carmona goal, but they roared back after the break.

Alexia Putellas levelled from the penalty spot after Caroline Graham Hansen was fouled and substitute Claudia Pina gave them the lead with 10 minutes to play.

In stoppage time, Alexia then added her second with a delightful chipped finish to give Barça a big advantage going into the second leg next Wednesday.

That second leg will be played at a sold-out Camp Nou.
