Barça draw Bayern, Rösengard & Benfica in Women's Champions League

Barcelona will face Bayern Munich, Rösengard and Benfica in Group D of this season's Champions League after Monday's draw.

Barça won the competition in 2021 but were beaten in the final last season by Lyon, so are out to reclaim their crown this season.

Jonatan Giraldez's side were seeded for the draw and were paired with German side Bayern from the second pot. Completing the group were Swedish side Rösengard and Portuguese side Benfica.

The group stage will begin Oct. 19/20 with match weeks then following on Oct. 26/27, Nov. 23/24, Dec. 7/8, 15/16 and 21/22.
