James Rodriguez: I am going to return to Real Madrid

James Rodriguez's future appears to be back at the Santiago Bernabeu. The midfielder, currently at Bayern Munich, wants to succeed at Real Madrid after leaving the club through the back door in 2017.
A few days ago, a famous Colombian journalist revealed that James wants to return to Spain. According to reports, he feels he still has a point to prove given his performances at the club were not as expected. He's ready to give it a second shot.
Now, Gatti, during 'El Chiringuito', has given more clues on the player's future. He says James has told him in person that his desire is to return to Madrid and that he will definitely go back.
Gatti did not want to speculate when that will happen, but the summer looks like the most likely time. "I'm going to return to Real Madrid," were James' words.
This all happened during the game between River Plate and Boca Juniors in the Copa Libertadores final, which took place at the Bernabeu on Sunday. James, as well as Lionel Messi and a number of other players, was present to watch the fixture, which River won 3-1 after extra time.
