The coach praised the forward after his great show against Ukraine on Sunday

Ansu Fati's fine performance against Ukraine for Spain got everyone talking, including coach Luis Enrique.

Ansu became the country's youngest scorer at 17 years old in the 4-0 Nations League rout.

"It was a great night, we’re leaders and the team was best from the first minute," said Luis Enrique.

"Ansu is happy and he has reason to be. He’s only 17 and still has to mature, you have to be calm with him, but this is his second game with the national team and he dared to do all that.

"He brings hard work and humility, he trained at a high level and I’m happy he’s going home with this joy."

He also praised Thiago Alcantara.

"I feel very proud from what I've seen this week with the players, their work and dedication, it had its reward. We have very versatile players. Thiago is becoming clearly one of the team leaders."
