Zidane is unable to find a solution to Real Madrid's away day woes
The French coach has suffered four defeats and four draws in his last eight LaLiga away matches, stretching back from his previous reign and the current one
Zinedine Zidane is responsible for one of the worst runs of any Real Madrid coach in his second spell in charge. Since he returned to the dugout at the Santiago Bernabeu to replace Santiago Solari, nothing of note has changed in terms of the performances or the results. And it gets even worse away from home.
Real Madrid haven't won any of their last eight away matches in LaLiga with Zidane in charge. When you add the five away matches this season and the final three under Zidane last season, the team has only won four points from a possible 24. Hardly the form of someone that has ambitions of challenging for the league title.
NO PERSONALITY
Last season they lost against Sevilla and draw with Barcelona and Villarreal. Since he returned to the dugout, he's still yet to register a victory away from home. He's lost at Mestalla, Vallecas and Anoeta. Madrid have claimed a point at Butarque and the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez.
The team is an extension of the French coach. There's no clear game plan aside from pressuring from the top until their lose their discipline.
