The Atletico Madrid player was absent when the players met up
According to some reports he is resting in Malaga with some friends
Left-back Theo Hernandez, 19, was called up by France U21s for friendlies against Albania (June 5) and Cameroon (June 8), but did not show up, the coach, Sylvain Ripoll, confirmed.
The Atletico Madrid player who spent last season on loan at Alaves and played against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey finnal, should have arrived at Rambouillet, by Clairefontaine, like his team-mates.
"I haven't had any explanation for his absence, for now," said the coach per L'Equipe. "He will be called by the federation in the next few weeks to explain himself."
Theo, according to some images on social media, is apparently in Malaga with Vigaray, Sergio Castillo and Alexis Ruano.
