German magazine Kicker ran the poll for journalists and they chose the Madrid man

Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has been chosen as the best German player in 2018 according to a vote for journalists organised by magazine Kicker.

The German international, at Madrid since 2014, got 185 votes. Meanwhile Jupp Heynckes of Bayern Munich was chosen as coach of the year ahead of Schalke 04's Domenico Tedesco.
