Real Madrid preparing for league debut with Alvaro Odriozola back
They take on Getafe on Sunday night in the first match of the season for Los Blancos
Real Madrid completed a training session at Valdebebas ahead of Sunday's game against Getafe, their first in La Liga. Alvaro Odriozola trained for the second consecutive day after injury but Jesus Vallejo was absent.
Odriozola, a new signing from Real Sociedad, was not able to feature in the European Super Cup but may be included in Sunday's squad.
Defender Vallejo has a hamstring problem and is not available.
Madrid tried to forget about their defeat by Atletico and started off with some rondos, before moving into ball control and pressure.
Borja Mayoral took a whack from Marcos Llorente in training which left him a mark above his ankle which he showed on social media while making a joke to his team-mate.
