Real Madrid lucky Camavinga was not sent off against Sevilla
The French midfielder should have been dismissed for a lunge on Martial
Real Madrid came from behind to beat Sevilla in Seville, 3-2 in a thriller on Sunday night.
However with the hosts two goals up, refer Cuadra Fernandez left Camavinga off the hook. On a yellow, the French midfielder lunged in and fouled Anthony Martial.
Martial was on the attack when Camavinga came lunging in and did not get the ball. It was a clear yellow, to follow the other one he received seven minutes earlier.
Madrid complained later they should have had a goal not ruled out after Vinicius Junior controlled the ball and fired home, but the referee watched the replay and decided it was with his arm.
