'I will do the impossible to achieve my dreams,' he said

It's been a funny week for Neymar. The happiness of remembering his debut for Santos 10 years ago contrasts with the disappointment of Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League KO. The player has an injury which meant he missed the game against Manchester United in midweek, but he experienced every kick in the stands.

But, on top of that, the Brazilian is once again on Real Madrid's radar, as revealed by SPORT on Friday. The La Liga side are prepared to spend 350 million euros in a bid to convince PSG to sell.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of his Santos debut, Neymar wrote a message on social media referring to his past, his present and especially his future.

Neymar said that "everything began with this photo [from Santos debut]... The look of someone who wanted to realise his dream and who had dreamed big. In 10 years, I won, I messed up, I lost, I messed up, I tried, I messed up, I regretted and, above all, I learned a lot.

"I have achieved many things in these 10 years, many conquests and victories which will be remembered for the rest of my life, but there have also been defeats which will remain with me to learn from.

"God, thanks for the skill you gave me and for the joy I feel when I play football. I love this object called the BALL in a way which I can't explain. Yes, 10 years have passed and I still continue to dream and I will do the possible and even the impossible to make those dreams come true. Daring is my middle name."
