Mijatovic: "I don't know why but Real Madrid aren't playing well"
The former Real Madrid player criticised the team after their heavy loss to CSKA Moscow last night
Former Real Madrid player, Pedja Mijatovic, spoke to 'El Larguero' after Los Blancos embarrassing 3-0 loss to CSKA Moscow at the Santiago Bernabeu last night.
Mijatovic pointed out that despite the fact Solari's side are winning games they are still playing poorly. "Since the start of the season I've been trying to guess why Real Madrid aren't matching the levels of the previous seasons. I don't know if it's because of the absence of Zidane or Cristiano, if they need new signings or the impact of the World Cup. I don't know the exact reason. All I do know is Real Madrid aren't playing well. I don't know how they'll finish this season but at the moment there isn't anything positive about this current Real Madrid side."
He also spoke about Isco and his apparent anger at the crowd's whistling of him. "I don't think what Isco did is that serious. It's more or less a normal reaction and how things are going. These are frustrations that all players have when things aren't going well. I don't think it's important."
