Manchester United now know Real Madrid's asking price for Kroos
The German midfielder hasn't had a great season and could leave LaLiga this summer
Manchester United's interest in Toni Kroos isn't new. People at Old Trafford tried to sign the midfielder under both David Moyes and most recently with Jose Mourinho in the dugout. However a deal might finally be on the cards.
According to 'The Sun', Real Madrid are open to selling Kroos this summer if they can get in the region of €60m for him. This is due to the fact the midfielder hasn't had a great season on the pitch for Los Blancos and cash needs to be raised in order to provide Zidane with the revolution he wants.
The final decision lies with Zidane but, for now, he hasn't ruled out a transfer. Kroos has a contract which runs until 2020 and his release clause is €500m. The 29-year-old will be finishing his fifth season in Madrid and might be ready for a new challenge, much like his teammate Raphael Varane.
