Butragueño: I hope this game is a liberation for Vinicius
The Madrid director spoke after the 2-0 Clasico win over Barcelona
Emilio Buragueño, Madrid's director of institutional relations said that he hopes the team's 2-0 win over Barcelona and Vinicius's goal will free the forward.
"Vinicius, I alwas say, has to play in this stadium, he has to play against Barcelona and as a youth. He provokes great uncertainty in the opponent and upsets them. I hope his goal is a liberation for him. He always generates chances in all games and that's not easy."
Butragueno hailed Madrid's second half display as sensational.
"We played very good football, we had chances and Ter Stegen kept them in it until Vinicius scored. Mariano, it was the first time he touched the ball. Phenomenal for him and for us too. Zidane says that everyone's important and today he scored.
"The squad's very complete and all are ready. Zidane chooses. It's great news that Mariano has scored because we will need everyone. Each game goes until the end, we're at a critical moment of the season."
