The England midfielder was unable to complete training on Friday

With just two days to go until they face Atlético de Madrid in the Madrid derby, alarm bells are ringing at Real Madrid over Jude Bellingham. The Englishman, vital to Carlo Ancelotti's side, has been forced to withdraw from Friday's training session with stomach problems.

At the moment there is only moderate concern at the club, as the EFE news agency explains, and the club are confident that he will be able to train on Saturday.

However, the accumulated fatigue of the midfielder, who has played practically every minute at the start of the season, could be a key factor for the game at the Wanda.

Bellingham is the team's top scorer. He has already scored five goals in LaLiga and another in the Champions League, in the 94th minute, which gave them all three points on the first day of the group stage vs Union Berlin.

Losing him for the game at the Wanda, if these problems continue, would be a big loss.

He has only missed 10 minutes for Real Madrid, against Almeria when he scored a brace, and also played a further 150 minutes for England during the international break.

At the end of the intense match against Union Berlin there were signs of fatigue, which is normal, but his non-participation in Friday's training session could be a major setback.

It should be noted that on Thursday he was able to complete the recovery session without any problems.

The next two days before the game will be key to find out if Ancelotti will be able to count on his star player in another game that will demand the maximum from them.

They want to stay unbeaten in LaLiga after five wins from five, but Diego Simeone's men will not make it easy.
