PSG remove Kylian Mbappe from their website

| sport

Kylian Mbappé is one foot and a half out of PSG. The French striker, who has just collected part of his loyalty bonus despite not activating his unilateral renewal clause with the club, is in a tug-of-war. Such is the tension in Paris that there is no trace of Mbappé on the club's website.

Five players appear on the front page of the first team tab, none of whom is Kylian Mbappé. They are, from left to right, Kang-In Lee, Marco Verratti, Neymar, Marquinhos and Lucas Hernandez. The Frenchman, who evidently remains the star of Luis Enrique's side, is not present.

The full list of players in the squad for the 2023/24 season is not yet available on the website, so the striker wanted by Real Madrid cannot be found there either. Where he does appear is in last season's squad, which also includes players who are no longer part of the team, such as Leo Messi and Sergio Ramos.

Be that as it may, we will have to wait and see how the 'Mbappé soap opera' is finally resolved and where we end up seeing the French star next season. PSG's stance is very clear: either he renews or he will be on the sidelines. He will not have minutes in the league opener on 12 August against Lorient.
