Leo Messi was interviewed by Jordi Evole and even though the teasers hinted at an announcement on his future, it was left in the air until the end of the season.

In exchange, we saw a Messi suitable for all audiences, even non-football fans, who would have been able to get to know Messi on a more personal level. The Messi that takes the kids to college and that is playing PlayStation again now his kids are older.

In terms of his career, he said he would like to play in Major League Soccer one day and live in the United States. That, without doubt, will be a relief for Barça fans fearing he would say he wanted to join a rival club. He wasn't talking immediately, just "one day if possible."

Messi didn't want to link his decision to stay to the new president, either, who will be elected on Jan. 24, although he hopes whoever is elected will get the club back where they should be.

What he also expressed is that he would like to return to Barcelona after his playing days, in some function, although he said not as a coach.

If Leo does decide to leave -- we hope in several years -- and does so in a league like MLS, it's will be possible for him to return to Camp Nou, where the doors will be open. Even though there are some fans that don't understand the burofax and his push to leave last summer, it won't impede a return.

Hopefully, Leo can enjoy an American experience to the maximum -- and that he can do so with another Champions League in the bad -- and score a tone more goals in MLS before coming back to Barça. Who knows if as technical secretary, sporting director or a scout.

If it's to do with football, it's unlikely he will be bad at it. God Bless America, God Bless Leo Messi.
