Alvaro Morata not training with Atletico, heading to Juventus
The forward is said to have asked to leave the club and wants to go back to Italy
Atletico Madrid forward Álvaro Morata did not train on Monday afternoon with the permission of the club and he is heading to Juventus, where he will play on loan with the Old Lady, whom he played for in 2014-15 and 2015-16.
The player will travel to Turin in the coming hours to formalise his loan and his exit from Atletico - where Luis Suarez will replace him on a free transfer from Barcelona.
Jose Maria Gimenez did not attend training either for a personal matter, while Nelson Vivas took charge of the session with Diego Simeone out with coronavirus for now.
