Philippe Coutinho offered to Everton for a season
The Brazilian extended his loan at Bayern Munich until the end of this campaign
Barcelona have offered Philippe Coutinho to Everton. The Brazilian player has extended his loan at Bayern Munich. He will leave the Bavarians at the end of the season and Barcelona are looking for a new home. Per the Daily Mail, Barcelona have said they will loan Coutinho to Everton for a season if they want.
The English newspaper say the Catalans need to shift him to get his big wage off the bill, but Everton may only pay a percentage of that. He used to play for Liverpool, Everton's biggest rivals.
Other clubs including Chelsea, Newcastle, Arsenal and Leicester have been linked. Coutinho's agent Kia Joorabchian is a friend of Everton owner Farhad Moshiri, which could help ease a deal.
