The Monaco teenager has been linked with a move to Real Madrid

He is currently with the France squad preparing for June's game

The new star of the France national team, Kylian Mbappe, who's wanted by the best clubs in Europe, such as Real Madrid, declared that he "dreamed of [Zinedine] Zidane the player, not the manager" to play down rumours of a move to the Bernabeu.

Speaking from the France base, he said: "I dreamed of Zidane the player, not the coach. Zidane the player made me dream and still makes me dream when I watch videos of him.

"The coach is completely different, he is a great coach who has quickly achieved results and continues to develop."

After a great season with Monaco, who he helped to the French title and the semi-final of the Champions League, 18-year-old Mbappe is one of the hottest players on the market.

According to various reports he's wanted by Madrid and Manchester City, while Monaco have put a 130 million euro price tag on his head.

After insisting he's focused on France for now, he said coach Didier Deschamps advice will count, adding: "The advice of [Deschamps] counts. It will not guide my choice, but it will count.

"I do not think I will go to his office to ask. But there's plenty of time to think about all this. There are important matches for France."
