Unai Emery is leaving PSG and he had a message for Neymar
Paris Saint Germain's outgoing coach Unai Emery had a message for Brazilian star Neymar after he announced he will be leaving the team when the season ends.
Emery made the announcement in a press conference and he took advice of the event to give some advice to Neymar, who is in his first season at PSG although has been unable to play in the last two months due to injury.
The Brazilian missed the team's Ligue 1 title celebrations to continue his recovery from a metatarsal injury in Brazil, and was spotted playing poker while his teammates were winning the league.
"Changes are never easy. This is the first year Neymar has been in Paris and any change is difficult," Emery said.
"I recommend that he continues as naturally as he has been. The first season at Barcelona was difficult for him and his family. For me, that's normal, everything that has happened this year is normal. The injury is something that can happen in football. I think that with this solid project, he will stay here. He could fulfill all his individual objectives with this team."
"We've spoken to him," added Emery.
"Me and the club told him that PSG wanted him to be the best player in the world with us. I believe in him and I believe in this PSG project with him in it. I'm sure he'll be happy here. He has to recover well and prepare for the World Cup, which is very important to him."

Interestingly, Neymar had no reaction to the announcement that Emery is leaving PSG. He did not make any statment on social media after the news.
The Brazilian did have something to say about Andres Iniesta's departure from Barcelona, however, taking to Instagram to pay tribute to his former teammate.
