Gil Manzano's controversial performance during Villarreal vs Real Madrid went further than protests during the game. The referee published his report and told of something that he discovered afterwards.
As Manzano wrote in the report, published at 1.30am on Sunday night after the game, "we were accompanied by security personal to the parking area where we had our vehicles, a controlled zone inside the stadium area, and I found a paper on the windshield on which someone had written 'THIEVES'."
