Official: Girona part company with coach Eusebio
The coach put his future at the club's disposition and they let him go
Girona made official on Monday the fact that Eusebio Sacristan will not be coaching them next season.
The Catalan side say that Eusebio “has renounced the year on his contract that he signed” after taking them down to the second division.
Girona thanked him for “his effort and commitment” and wished him all the luck in the future despite the relegation.
Eusebio was very sad by the team losing at Levante in the penultimate week and effectively sealing their relegation which was confirmed by defeat at Alaves in the final game of the season.
