How Barça's Pique reacted to Casillas' latest Instagram photograph

Former Spain goalkeeper Iker Casillas has shared an image of himself enjoying his weekend (possibly in his hometown) in which he appears very happy. "The countryside rules," he wrote, adding "blessed tranquility."

That is how he's removed himself from the media focus that followed his split from Sara Carbonero, while at the same time reconnecting with his family.

But what caught his followers' attention on his morning walk was not the setting, but the physical appearance of the former Real Madrid player in comparison to other recent images. He seemed much older, as if age has caught up with him suddenly. What happened from him to look 10 years older?

It's probably down to bad lighting or the camera, but Barcelona defender Gerard Pique could not resist and was quick to reference the filter people commonly use that makes them look older than they are. "Bloody hell," he wrote. "The aging filter isn't needed anymore!"
