Martens & Duggan make the difference for Barcelona in Albacete
Barça eased to a 3-0 in the south of Spain on Saturday
They're three clear of Atletico at the top for the time being
Barcelona's women's team returned from the international break by comfortably beating Albacete 3-0 away from hom on Saturday.
Fran Sanchez's side now has 46 points from their 17 games, three more than second-placed Atletico Madrid, who play Real Sociedad on Sunday.
Albacete struggled to deal with the impressive Lieke Martens. The Dutch international opened the scoring in the 14th minute, cutting in from the left.
That looked like being it before the break, with Albacete digging in in defence, before a brilliant strike from Toni Duggan doubled Barça's lead. The English striker now has nine league goals this season.
The final goal arrived at the end of the second half, Patri Guijarro after good work from Andressa Alves.
