Aitana Bonmati opened the scoring in the 13th minute and Alexia Putellas doubles the home side's lead just before half-time.
Substitutes Lieke Martens and Jenni Hermoso completed the rout late on.
Barça a maximum of 30 points from the 10 games in the league now, while they have scored 58 goals and conceded just two.
The defeat leaves Levante fourth on 18 points, level with third-place Atletico Madrid but six back from Real Sociedad, who are second.
Barca were without Caroline Graham Hansen, who is recovering from a heart scare, and Asisat Oshoala, who's been ruled out for two months, against Levante but they still had too much quality for the last season's third-place finishers.
Jonatan Giraldez's side remain relentless in their pursuit of perfection. Including the Champions League, Barça have now won all 13 games they have played this season, scoring 68 goals in that time and leaking just three.
