Alexia Putellas hammered home inside the area in the 91st minute

Alexia Putellas scored in stoppage time as Barcelona beat Real Madrid 1-0 to reach the final of the Spanish Supercopa.

With extra-time looming, Asisat Oshoala turned the ball onto the post and Alexia pounced inside the box to make it 24 wins from 24 games for Barça this season.

They will meet either Atletico Madrid or Levante in Sunday's final at Las Rozas.

Barça's perfect season was in real danger against Madrid, though, as they failed to find a way past Misa Rodriguez in 90 minutes.

The Madrid goalkeeper made first-half saves from Rolfo and Patri, while Rolfo and Martens also headed off target.

The quality of Misa's stops improved after the break, with sensational saves from Alexia and Paredes as Barça pushed for a winner.

Madrid came closest through Zornoza, who hit the post from 20 yards with Paños struggling.

However, with extra-time on the cards, the winner of the Ballon d'Or and FIFA's The Best came to Barça's rescue once again: Alexia Putellas.
