Barbara Latorre decides to leave Barça Women and join Real Sociedad
After four seasons with Barça, Latorre will say goodbye to her teammates on the 30th June
Barça Women forward Bárbara Latorre has announced she will leave the club at the end of her contract and sign for Real Sociedad on a two-year deal.
The 26-year-old said she was "very excited" and "desperate to start" a new advantage with her new team.
"I know they're doing good work and the club is putting more and more emphasis on the women's game. I hope to keep growing and help the club fight for every trophy," Latorre announced.
The forward will say goodbye to Barcelona after four years on the 30th of June. She won two Copas de la Reina (2017 and 2018).
Her final season has been blighted by injuries, mainly her ankle, so has only played 15 matches and failed to get on the scoresheet.
