Willem Geubbels, 16, does not want to renew his deal with the French side
Another case of a young star who wants to try his luck elsewhere. Willem Geubbels, 16, at Olympique Lyon, has already made his first team debut. French media say he has rejected signing his first professional contract with the club.
Before that news, there were various clubs already interested in him. Monaco, FC Barcelona, Inter Milan and RB Leipzig have shown interest. RMC say Monaco are closest to getting him.
Geubbels contract ends in 2019. This year he cannot go free. Lyon will take advantage by trying to sell him after he refused to sign a new deal.
