Injured Barca B star Collado will be out for two months
The Sabadell born midfielder had overcome an injury which he suffered in July but is out again
Barca B midfielder Alex Collado suffered an adductor injury in training on Monday and will be out for two months. The information, from RAC1, leaves Garcia Pimienta's side without one of their best players two weeks before they open their season, against Nastic at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
Collado, who has been training for three days, had only just recovered from a fractured metatarsal injury in his left foot which he suffered in July.
The player did not take part in the friendly against Badalona that the B team played last Saturday, which finished 0-0.
Collado, born in Sabadell (22.04.99), has a Barca contract until 2021 with the option to extend by two years. He has a 50m euro release clause and that becomes 100m euros if he becomes a first team squad member.
The UEFA Youth League 17-18 winner made his debut in the first team on May 4, 2019, in a 2-0 win over Celta Vigo.
