Franc Artiga's side were beaten 2-1 by Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday to leave them bottom of the league with three points from their five games.
Barça took their lead through Peque to keep their hopes of qualifying alive but were made to pay for failing to take their chances which followed.
Dortmund leveled through Giovanni Reyna, son of Claudio, after a mistake from Antonio Jesus but Barça had an immediate chance to restore their advantage when Peque was brought down in the box. Ilaix Moriba missed the resulting penalty.
There were few chances after the break but Dortmund took one which fell their way. Raschl found the net to seal the three points and end Barça's European hopes at U19s level.
At the top end of the group, Dortmund, Inter and Slavia Prague are all tied on three points with one game to go.
